Wittenberg Hosts Three American Fulbrighters

May 8-10, 2009. The conference "Gender and Sexuality in American History and Culture" at the Zentrum für USA-Studien (ZUSAS) took place at the Leucorea center in Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Saxony Anhalt. The continuously developing role of women and perceptions of gender in U.S. society was the central theme of the academic conference, supported by a grant from the Consulate. Three American Fulbright professors in Leipzig's consular district were the featured presenters for the conference.
