Prof. Neuss, Vice President Adenauer Foundation, introduces Dr. Weitz

November 11, 2008. Dr. Richard Weitz from Hudson Institute discussed with an interdisciplinary, knowledgeable audience of about 200 students and faculty at the Technical University Chemnitz the international implications of the 2008 elections with a special emphasis on U.S. policy towards Russia, Georgia and Ukraine. The lecture was part of a series on Russia hosted by Prof. Beate Neuss, Vice President of Germany's Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
