Taking Information To The Public

Visitors showing great public interest in Education USA information

November 19, 2008. Leipzig Consulate General supported a USA Information Day at the International School in Dresden. Representatives from the U.S. Embassy in Berlin and the Consulate General in Frankfurt also took part. They answered questions from German, American and other nationals on visa, tax and social security issues. The USA Day served as a forum to get out the word on the Electronic Travel Authorization System (ESTA) that will go into full operation on Jan 12, 2009.
