On January 24, twenty course participants and their instructor, all career military personnel of long experience, visited the Leipzig Consulate for a 90-minute roundtable discussion with Consul General Mark Scheland. Questions in the Q&A session focused on Afghanistan, 9/11 and U.S. Foreign Policy, the U.S. electoral process, climate and energy policy.
