Consulate General Leipzig Supports Library of the Zittau Technical College

April 30, 2004. The Rector of the Zittau technical college accepted a grant from the Consul for Public Affairs Dr. Elizabeth Bonkowsky, Consulate General Leipzig, to be used for books for the new Neisse University. The event took place in a new library, which serves students from the three countries of Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany. All students must learn English before studying the language of their neighboring states.
