July 15, 2004. Continuing the long-standing relationship with the Scripps School of Journalism in Ohio, 10 journalism majors from Leipzig’s University radio Mephisto will team up with five students from Ohio for a study tour of the U.S. in September, which will take them to several U.S. campus radios and focus on the U.S. media system and the upcoming elections. In preparation of its trip, the study group visited the Consulate General, accompanied by Professor Steinmetz, head of the Communications Department, University of Leipzig.
