Consul General Fletcher Burton talks with teachers of German from Russia and the U.S.

July 14, 2004. Consul General Fletcher Burton hosted a group of German teachers from Russia and the U.S. at the Consulate. The 23 teachers will be in Leipzig for four weeks to intensify their knowledge of the German language, culture and history. The summer school - which has been in place for five years - is a project of interDaf at the Herder-Institute at Leipzig University. The group was accompanied by the Consul General Anatoli Jenin from the Russian Consulate General and from Dr. Annette Kühn, interDaF e.V. Leipzig.
