Jeffrey Garrett Lectures at University Library of Leipzig

Jeffrey Garrett, Assistant University Librarian for Collection Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, held a presentation on German literature collections in the U.S. Afterwards Consul for Public Affairs Dr. Elizabeth Bonkowsky, Consulate General Leipzig, hosted a working luncheon for Mr. Garrett and the Director General of the Deutsche Bücherei, library directors, and subject specialists German Studies from Saxony and Thuringia. In the evening Jeffrey Garrett joined a meeting of Saxon librarians to discuss specifics of American and German library sciences.
