Focus on Transatlantic Business Ties
October 19, 2007. A group of 20 students visited the Consulate to learn about German-American business relations in the Leipzig Consulate General district. The group included students from the Hochschule Anhalt in Bernburg (Anhalt University) and some American students who are involved in an on-line MBA Program with the Georgia State University system. They discussed challenges and opportunities in attracting more American investment to the region with Consul for Public Affairs Mark Wenig and Consulate staffer Kirsten Teschauer.
